Saltoro Capital is a Global Cross Asset Event Driven hedge fund that focuses on five specific areas: business transformations/restructurings, asymmetrical optionality, cyclical inflections in cash flow, wide discounts to cash flow recovery, and capital distributions. The foundation of the strategy is in the corporate credit and convertible bond universe, with a concentration on situations and components of the capital structure that we believe to be inefficiently priced. Our cross-capital structure investment approach allows us to not only capture the best opportunities within the different phases of the economic cycle, but also allows us to find equity ideas several quarters ahead of our competitors.
